There are good sites to discover along the Pollywog Lake Trail; while you're here, you could also check out wonderful Blackburn Reservoir. Wonderland Inn is a splendid place to get some rest, and if you came for an overnight stay Rimrock Rustic Inn is a fine location to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Mud Lake without       first going for a hike along the Jackson Dugway; you'll locate a stunning lake called Wildcat Reservoir. At Mud Lake through the warm months highs are in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and overnight lows at Mud Lake throughout the wintertime generally sink into the 0's. It is very arid here at Mud Lake commonly; of all the months in a year August is the one with the                  most rain, and the driest of the months is February. So much enjoyable stuff to do at Mud Lake, so little time.
