If you are traveling by, why not stop by Morris Reservoir. Summertime highs at Morris Reservoir mostly tend to be in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Morris Reservoir. All our national parks are tremendous places to have a look at, and California National Historic Trail is no exception; Ellerbeck Mansion is a great place to get some rest.

This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Albion Basin - Wasatch-Cache National Forest is a fine spot to do that; folks from Salt Lake City love to come here. You assume that's enough? Trail. A good place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Morris Reservoir is Big Cottonwood Creek, and dry warm beds await you at Oakwood at The Brigham.
This lake is so wonderful. You could also take a look at Mount
Olivet Reservoir since you're here at Morris Reservoir; it's nearby, and if you're a golfer then a delightful close by course is Forest Dale Golf Course. Morris Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Anderson Cove -
Wasatch-Cache National Forest is a good local campground, and from Morris Reservoir you obtain a great panorama of Ensign Peak. Not much precipitation falls here at Morris Reservoir; the month of April is the wettest with most of
the rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.
Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things next to Morris Reservoir. Hit the slopes at Snowbird around here. Alta is a very popular ski area close by, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Lake Desolation Trail.
