A glorious nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Green River, and Cedar Mountain Campground is a nice local campground. During the days of summer highs here at Moonshine Waterhole reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Moonshine Waterhole. This lake is so wonderful.       Everybody loves Jackass Flat. Moonshine Waterhole gets very little rainfall; through the month of September you get the most rain around here; January on the other hand is the driest.
