For the period of the warm days of summer at Modena Reservoir highs are frequently in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are ordinarily in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Modena Reservoir temperatures dip to the 20's. There are brilliant spots to discover along the Hollow Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Near Modena       Reservoir you find the Parker Canyon Trail which is a splendid hiking trail; after a long day outdoors Sleep E Motel is a great spot to spend a night or two. Going for a hike on the White Hollow Pack Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and Modena Reservoir is a good location to camp, Honeycomb Rock Campground is a good location. It is very waterless here at Modena Reservoir usually; March is the month that gets the most rain, and June is when it's the                  driest.
