Good hiking is available along the Indian Trail; swing by Behanin Creek it's a tremendous site to stop at. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool stuff the area next to Mima Lake has to offer. Camping at Pleasant Creek Campground is always a good experience, and Long Draw is around here, and is a good spot. Mima Lake is a location that is reasonably dehydrated       regularly; the wettest month of the year is typically August, that's the one that rains the most while February is typically the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Torrey-Days Inn Capitol Reef N.P. is a brilliant choice, and you should certainly have a look at The Terrace while here. Very perfect water scenery is available at Oak Creek Dam near Mima Lake. The Stair Trail offers hiking at its best; in case you don’t have                  a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Fremont River. If you came to camp Oak Creek Campground is a pleasant site to do that, and there's good hiking along the Aquarius Trail. While you're here at Mima Lake it's a fine idea to explore Bear Flat; Oak Creek Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop by. A delightful close by hotel is Best Western Capitol Reef Resort, and do take a look at Meeks Lake, it's a scenic lake. At Mima Lake during the warm months highs are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's.
