The beauty of Mill Pond is reason enough to stop by. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Jordan River; if you need a spot to stay Provo/Orem/Lehi Super 8 Motel is a perfect choice. Throughout the summer at Mill Pond temperatures are mostly in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Really tremendous skiing awaits you at Sundance; this is a popular spot for people from Provo-Orem. Going for a hike on the Mount Timpanogos Trail is always a good adventure, and Tri City Golf Course is a wonderful golf course nearby. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. Provo River is so much fun.
Mill Pond is pretty waterless mostly; through the month of April you get the most rain around here, and January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do
here at Mill Pond that you need to camp here for a while, American Campground is a magnificent site for that; don't forget to take a splendid little tour to Spring Creek.
This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the good skiing at Snowbird; there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Indian Trail.
