Some of the water close by flows, like Spring Creek, and you could always discover Cedar Hollow. At Mill Pond you don’t see much rain; the month of April is the wettest with most of the rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are truly abundant here at Mill Pond. While you're here at Mill Pond you will meet       lots of people from nearby Provo-Orem, and the slopes of Snowbird are so inviting noone can resist. U S Steel Corporation Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could explore, and glide down the rapids of Jordan River in a kayak. An afternoon playing golf at Tri City Golf Course is always a bliss, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Provo River. Summertime at Mill Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 60's.                  During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Mill Pond temperatures drop to the 10's. The Mount Timpanogos Trail offers hiking at its best; hey, Gotta ski right? Sundance is a great site to do that. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Best Western Timpanogos Inn is a good choice. There's so much to do here at Mill Pond that you need to camp here for a while, American Campground is a great place for that. This lake is so wonderful. There's nice hiking along the Indian Trail; if you get bored of Mill Pond you could also take a look at nearby Nephs Lake.
