Going for a hike on the Pollywog Lake Trail is always a great adventure, and a pleasant site is Willow Patch. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Middle Reservoir to see the water at Middle Donkey Dam. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Middle Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Sandcreek       RV Park. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Middle Reservoir. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Middle Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Capitol Reef National Park is a good location in the vicinity of Middle Reservoir, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn Torrey - Capital Reef is a brilliant location to spend a night or two. So much enjoyable                  stuff to do at Middle Reservoir, so little time. If you need a location to stay Hidden Falls Hotel is a great choice, and possibly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Solitaire Lake is just a very short distance away. In the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Fremont River; Bobs Hole is a great site. There's so much to do here at Middle Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Boulder Mountain Homestead RV is a good spot for that, and nearby you find the Aquarius Trail which is a great hiking trail.
