McClellan Lake is a nice lake to visit. There's fine hiking along the Summit Trail, and Dipping Corral Spring is a picturesque site to stop at while you're at McClellan Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Mud Hollow is a brilliant spot to explore; a delightful spot to camp here at McClellan Lake is Maple Bench Campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things in the Wasatch Range. Here at McClellan Lake you'll possibly meet some folks from Provo-Orem, and

McClellan Lake is usually a relatively dehydrated place; of all the months in a year April is the one with the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. And that's not all
you can do here at McClellan Lake. Springville Days Inn is a delightful place to get some rest, and you can run the rapids of Spanish Fork. That right there is plenty already, but it carries on; McClellan Lake has it all. Sundance
is a very popular ski area around here.
So many entertaining things in the Wasatch Range, just amazing. A fine close by hotel is Comfort Inn Payson, and in close proximity to McClellan Lake you come across a golf course called
Gladstan Golf Course. At McClellan Lake all through the summertime highs are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter
at McClellan Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. A quick spree to Jones Ranch Creek close to McClellan Lake is a pleasant idea, and the Nebo Peak Trail offers hiking at its best.
