Drift down the rapids of Blacks Fork - East Fork in a kayak, and you'll locate a striking lake called Marsh Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Blacks Fork - West Fork; hiking is a popular thing to do around Marsh Lake; Shale Dugway is a good local trail. At Marsh Lake all through the summer highs are in the 80's with night lows in the 40's. Highs through       the winter are typically in the 30's while Marsh Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's. Marsh Lake gets very little rain; September is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is January. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Marsh Lake has to offer, you can camp at West Marsh Lake Campground, and the scenery at Marsh Lake Dam is beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail, and do have a look at Bridger Lake, it's a charming lake. Having a perfect time in the Uinta Mountains is simple.
