Mountain Haven Campground is a great local campground, and close by you find wonderful sites like Big Hollow. All through the summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Mantua Reservoir, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Mantua Reservoir dip into the 10's. All       year is a wonderful time in the Wasatch Range if you fancy the outdoors. Weber River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot nearby; the Skyline Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Crystal Inn Brigham City is a delightful choice, and Golden Spike RV Park is a glorious campground nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Howard Johnson Inn, and pretty scenery and delightful skiing is what you obtain at Powder Mountain.                  This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ogden River; you acquire a nice view of Big Hill from here. Mantua Reservoir is typically a pretty arid place; through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is July. Now, you may imagine that's loads but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Mantua Reservoir. Big Creek is a good local stream, and don't leave Mantua Reservoir without first paying a visit to Big Spring. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things in the Wasatch Range. What would winter be without some skiing at Wolf Mountain, and Mantua Reservoir is a location with many visitors from Ogden-Clearfield.
