Around Mantua Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Mantua Reservoir. Some nearby water includes Big Creek, and you could always explore Big Hollow. Having a glorious time in the Wasatch Range is trouble-free.       Going for a hike along the Skyline Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and why not head up to Wolf Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Galaxie Motel, and a day on the slopes of Powder Mountain is just what you need. If you came for an overnight stay Mountain Haven Campground is a brilliant spot to camp, and get dripping wet paddling on Weber River. You just can't picture the                  amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Wasatch Range has to offer. After a long day outdoors Bushnell Motel is a great place to spend a night or two, and whitewater paddling is fine on Ogden River. This lake is so wonderful. A short tour to Big Spring is always worthwhile, and you'll perhaps meet some folks from Ogden-Clearfield here. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wasatch Range. Throughout the summertime at Mantua Reservoir highs are usually in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Mantua Reservoir dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
