Lower Yellow Pine Lake gets very little rain; April is the month that gets the most rain; July meanwhile is the driest month. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Uinta Mountains is unbeatable! There's so much to do here at Lower Yellow Pine Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Yellow Pine Campground is a great spot for that, and delightful hiking is available       along the Smith Morehouse Trail. If you love the outdoors, you'll like Lower Yellow Pine Lake. There are great places to explore along the Nobletts Creek Trail; Castle Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Chalk Creek; after a long day outdoors Lodge at Stillwater is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. The peak of Castle Peak can be observed from Lower Yellow Pine                  Lake; if you came to camp Beaver Creek Campground is a fine place to do that. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun things the Uinta Mountains has to offer. There's whitewater on Provo River for all you adrenaline kick people. At Lower Yellow Pine Lake through the months of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's; through the dark hours in the winter at Lower Yellow Pine Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. The Uinta Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
