A wonderful lake like Upper Pond in the neighborhood of Lower Pond is a pleasant location to visit; going for a hike on the Reeder Trail is always a splendid adventure. Just can't get enough of Lower Pond. Manti Motel is a wonderful place to get some rest; you can stay the night at Ferron Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes       are such serene sites, why not stop at Sixmile Ponds in the neighborhood of Lower Pond, and here at Lower Pond you can see Black Mountain. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Lower Pond with nighttime lows in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Lower Pond. A pleasant trip to Black Hole is a good way to spend an afternoon, and Lower Pond is a great site to visit for more than                  one day, Pinchot Campground is a great site to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. There is a great hiking trail right next door to Lower Pond called the Harmon Trail. You must unquestionably check out White Ledges if you're here at Lower Pond, and close by you find the Dairy Trail which is a splendid hiking trail.
