There is a great hiking trail close to Lower Hunts Lake called the Serviceberry Trail, and you can run the rapids of Sevier River. Fairfield Inn & Suites Richfield is a brilliant place to get some rest, and Elk Meadows has wonderful slopes and a friendly staff. Go for a hike on the Third Lefthand Fork Trail; why not camp at Mystic Hotsprings if you're here at Lower Hunts Lake.       So many exciting things near Lower Hunts Lake, just extraordinary. Going for a hike on the Smith Canyon Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and everyone loves Fitzgeral Park. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Richfield is a delightful place to spend a night or two, and the summit of Bald Knolls can be spotted from Lower Hunts Lake. A delightful location to camp here at Lower Hunts Lake is Monrovian Park Campground; the                  Bald Knolls is a major highlight of the area close by. Don't forget to take a fine little tour to Monkey Fork Dry Canyon, and Clear Creek is a delightful whitewater spot close by. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Lower Hunts Lake with overnight lows in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lower Hunts Lake are in the 10's.
