The Uinta Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Not much rain falls here at Lower Goose Lake; the month with most of the rain is May while January is regularly the driest month. A magnificent close by hotel is SUPER 8 MOTEL - VERNAL; Lower Goose Lake is right by the Dry Fork Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Uinta Mountains. The great folks of Vernal like to hang out nearby;       why not take a refreshing hike along the Icy Hill Dugway. Lakes are such calm spots, why not stop by Long Park Reservoir in the neighborhood of Lower Goose Lake, and Deep Creek Campground is a splendid campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A trip to Horseshoe Park invigorates the soul, and if you came for an overnight stay Brown Lake Campground is a perfect location to camp. The warmest time of the year at Lower Goose Lake comes with high temperatures                  in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Lower Goose Lake. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Lower Goose Lake rules!
