Lower Bowns Dam is not far at all from Lower Bowns Reservoir; a lake nearby is Bowns Reservoir. A glorious spot to camp here at Lower Bowns Reservoir is Pine Creek Campground; you can have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Stair Trail. This spot rules, just look at all the exciting things to do close to Lower Bowns Reservoir. Near Lower Bowns Reservoir you discover Larb Hollow which       is a wonderful site to explore; here at Lower Bowns Reservoir you can make out Aspen Point. If you need a place to stay Cactus Hills Ranch Motel is a good choice; if you come at the right time of year, Fremont River offers some good whitewater. Hiking along the Blind Trail is splendid fun; camping at Lower Bown Campground is always a nice experience. This lake is so wonderful. You have to positively dedicate some time to Jorgenson Flat if you're here at                  Lower Bowns Reservoir; do take a hike on the Indian Trail. Not much precipitation falls here at Lower Bowns Reservoir; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Lower Bowns Reservoir. For the period of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are ordinarily in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lower Bowns Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
