After a long day outdoors Red Stone Inn is a nice place to spend a night or two, and Lower Bankhead Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. Lower Bankhead Reservoir is a location that is pretty arid generally; October is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is February.
 
   While you're here at Lower Bankhead Reservoir, you could also go to stunning Upper Bankhead Reservoir, and camping at Oowah Campground is always a brilliant experience. Sorrel River Ranch Resort is a wonderful spot to get some rest, and Lower Bankhead Reservoir is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Wind Whistle Campground is a glorious local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Rattlesnake Ranch Number Two Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could  
               stop at; a spree to Arches National Park is worthwhile.
Summertime at Lower Bankhead Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 90's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. During the winter highs are regularly in the 40's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Lower Bankhead Reservoir.
