If you need a place to stay Sorrel River Ranch Resort is a delightful choice, and if you came for an overnight stay Wind Whistle Campground is a great place to camp. Red Stone Inn is a wonderful place to get some rest, and if you haven’t been to Arches National Park, you ought to schedule some time for it if you're here.

| | local campground; there's some interesting stuff to distinguish at Lower Bankhead Dam near Lower Bankhead Reservoir. Lower Bankhead Reservoir is pretty dried out ordinarily; most of the rain falls through October; February is the month with the least moisture. Throughout the months of summer at Lower Bankhead Reservoir temperatures are mostly in the 90's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Lower Bankhead Reservoir.
