Lower Balsam Reservoir is pretty arid regularly; throughout August this area sees the most rain; February is when it's the driest. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Lower Balsam Reservoir. Going for a hike along the Black Burn Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
