     This is a perfect neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Pollywog Lake is a lake close at hand, and a tremendous nearby hotel is Wonderland Inn. The summit of Antimony Knoll can be made out from Lost Spring Reservoir, and there is a magnificent hiking trail close by called the Black Burn Trail. A great place to visit close to Lost Spring Reservoir is Dry Hollow. At Lost Spring Reservoir you don’t see much rain; August is the wettest month with most rain while  
   January is generally the driest month.
Lakes are wonderful; Dry Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Lost Spring Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Lost Spring Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Barker Reservoir Campground is a great place for that. For the duration of the long summer days here at Lost Spring Reservoir, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's with night lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the
 
               40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Lost Spring Reservoir drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Lost Spring is a brilliant local attraction, and going for a hike on the Pollywog Lake Trail is always a great adventure.
There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Lost Spring Reservoir. Go for a hike on the Aquarius Trail, and you can stay the night at Escalante State Park.
