Good hiking is available along the Aquarius Trail; if you want a little side visit, try Willow Patch. This lake is so wonderful. Torrey-Days Inn Capitol Reef N.P. is a good place to get some rest, and Dog Flat is a magnificent place. A tremendous close by hotel is Wonderland Inn, and you can run the rapids of Fremont River. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Lost Lake with night lows in the 40's.       Highs throughout the wintertime are regularly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lost Lake are in the 0's. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff at Lost Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Aquarius Mobile and RV Campground is a great location to camp, and since you're here, you could also have a look at wonderful Lava Lake. Why not camp at Sandcreek RV Park while you're here at Lost Lake; Dixie National Forest is a                  delightful forest neighborhood close by. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Stair Trail; a journey to Government Point is always a glorious idea. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lost Lake; Pollywog Lake Trail is a magnificent local trail. At Lost Lake you don’t see much rain; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February.
