Why not camp at East Fork Campground if you're here at Lake Lorena, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Highline Trail. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff truly is abundant here in the Uinta Mountains. Some of the water nearby flows, like Left Hand Fork East Fork Bear River, and if you're here you can take a hike       along the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail. Not far from Lake Lorena, you'll hit upon Baker Lake which is a charming lake, and a delightful site for whitewater paddling is Blacks Fork - East Fork. Not much rainfall falls here at Lake Lorena; the wettest month of the year is frequently September, that's the one that rains the most, and January meanwhile is the driest month. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. There is a brilliant hiking trail in the                  vicinity of Lake Lorena called the East Fork Pinto Lake Trail; get your heart beating on the magnificent whitewater of Blacks Fork - West Fork. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Uinta Mountains. A great site to camp here at Lake Lorena is Bear River Campground, and you're sure to stumble upon some cheerful people from Evanston here. For the duration of the summertime, highs typically are in the 80's at Lake Lorena. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's.
