Long Park Reservoir is located in the Uinta Mountains. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area in close proximity to Long Park Reservoir has to offer. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Icy Hill Dugway, and hiking along the Uinta Highline Trail is nice fun. This lake is so wonderful. There       are other places here than Long Park Reservoir, for example Sheep Creek Reservoir; the scenery at Long Park Dam is gorgeous. Stay the night at Flaming Gorge KOA Camping Reso, and you have to undeniably dedicate some time to Long Park while you're here at Long Park Reservoir. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Long Park Reservoir. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights                  at Long Park Reservoir are in the 0's. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Uinta Mountains, too delightful to be true. Long Park Reservoir is right by the Dry Fork Trail. Long Park Reservoir gets very little rainfall; through the month of May you get the most rain around here; February is the month with the least moisture. Man, is there a load of enjoyable things to do in the Uinta Mountains. Sheep Creek Lake is a delightful lake in close proximity to Long Park Reservoir.
