Lizard Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Lizard Lake is one of the lakes here in the Wasatch Range. Summertime highs at Lizard Lake generally tend to be in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lizard Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The Nebo Peak Trail offers hiking at its best; a pleasant visit to Kuntz

If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Payson is a wonderful choice; there's splendid hiking along the Summit Trail. All the outdoors fun things in the Wasatch Range will keep you coming back time and again. At Lizard Lake you can catch a sight of Sheepherder Hill, and a pleasant site to visit nearby is Frank Young Canyon. Be careful coming to the Wasatch Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Lizard Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lizard Lake; Nebo Basin Trail is a wonderful local trail, and Springville Days
Inn is a pleasant spot to get some rest. An out of the ordinary thing to explore right next door to Lizard Lake is Pete Winward Dam. There's so much to do here at Lizard Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Maple Bench Campground
is a wonderful spot for that. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Spanish Fork, and Gladstan Golf Course is a golf course nearby.
Lizard Lake is ordinarily a rather arid place; April is
the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Put some time aside to spend at Rock Spring if you're here at Lizard Lake, unsurprisingly you could also have a look at Pete Winward
Reservoir while you're here; it's not far at all. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Lizard Lake. Lizard Lake is a place with many visitors from Provo-Orem, and if you've had enough of Lizard Lake, Dry
Lake Reservoir is nearby.
Yeah, come up here to the Wasatch Range for a pleasant time. Lizard Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, East Bay RV Park is a delightful local campground; don't forget to take a glorious little visit to Shram Creek.
