All through the long summer days here at Lizard Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; overnight lows during the winter for Lizard Lake tend to be in the 10's. If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining stuff,       what a great earth it would be. You'll come across a lovely lake called Willow Lake near Lizard Lake; a nice close by hotel is Willow Creek Inn. While you're here at Lizard Lake, you could also pop by scenic Blue Lake, and as expected Mill Stream is a gorgeous stream that is worth a visit. Lizard Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Willow Lake Campground is a great local campground. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Ferron Creek, and you get a                  good panorama of Wrigley Hill from here. Singleton Flat is a gorgeous place any time of year, and there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Blue Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Ferron Reservoir Campground is always a great experience; if you come at the right time of year, Cottonwood Creek offers some perfect whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. The Dairy Trail is a wonderful hiking trail close to Lizard Lake, and an exciting thing to visit next to Lizard Lake is Willow Lake Dam.
