If you need a spot to stay Econo Lodge Downtown is a good choice; close by you discover the Hideout Eagle Basin Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. All year is a perfect time in the Uinta Mountains if you like the outdoors. Around Little Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; the month with most of the rain is May while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.       Stay the night at East Park Campground; there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Uinta Highline Trail. Yeah, come here to Little Lake for a great time. Little Lake is a magnificent spot to camp, Kaler Hollow Campground is a magnificent spot; going for a hike on the Lowline Trail is always a perfect adventure. So many exciting things to do here in the Uinta Mountains, too good to be true. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Dinosaur Inn, and if you're                  here you will meet lots of people from nearby Vernal. Summer at Little Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while Little Lake night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's. Colton Spring is always fun to check out. Lakes are good; Big Lake is a lake that's close to Little Lake.
