Summertime highs at Ledge Lake usually tend to be in the 80's, and the nighttime is fairly colder of course, regularly in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Ledge Lake descend into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Aquarius Trail. Get your pulse rate up on the glorious whitewater       of Fremont River, and a journey to Trail Point is always a perfect idea. The Indian Trail offers hiking at its best; Stink Draw is a great site to stop at. You could also stop by Circle Lake if you're here at Ledge Lake; it's close by, and there's fine hiking along the Pollywog Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Ledge Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pleasant Creek Campground is a great place for that; a fine                  close by hotel is Circle Cliffs Motel. Just can't get enough of Ledge Lake. Boulder Meadows is a brilliant location to check out, and at Ledge Lake you can observe Boulder Mountain. Stay the night at Oak Creek Campground, and if you need a spot to stay Boulder Mountain Lodge is a great choice.
