Many people like to go to Lake Blanche. Whitewater paddling is good on Big Cottonwood Creek, and you can stay the night at The Spruces Campground. Paddling on Little Cottonwood Creek is so much fun. There's so much to do here at Lake Blanche that you need to camp here for a while, Maple Cove Campground is a glorious place for that. High temperatures at Lake Blanche during the summer are in the 90's with night lows in the 60's. Through the winter the highs are

| | commonly in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lake Blanche.
This lake is so wonderful. At Lake Blanche you can see Dromedary Peak, and you can have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Mount Timpanogos Trail. After a long day outdoors Residence Inn By Marriott Cottonwood Fort Union is a great place to spend a night or two, and Lake Blanche is right by the Lake Desolation Trail. enjoyable things at Lake Blanche. Elbow Fork is in close proximity to Lake Blanche and is always a bliss to take a look at.
Now, you may feel that's a lot but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Wasatch Range. This
is a perfect neighborhood for people who like lakes. Lake Florence is a lake in close proximity, and the skiing at Solitude is good. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lake Blanche. Nearby Tanner
Gulch is a good spot to go if you're at Lake Blanche, and if you're looking for a great visit, California National Historic Trail is rather near. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at The Canyons Grand Summit Resort,
and lots of folks from Salt Lake City come here.
And if that's not enough there's heaps more fun stuff to do in the Wasatch Range. Take a hike on the The Sheep Trail, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Alta is reasonably
near. The Wasatch Range scenery is always beautiful. Around Lake Blanche you don’t get a lot of rain; the month with most of the rain is April while July is typically the driest month.
