Kings Lake is one of the lakes here in the Uinta Mountains. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Kings Lake; Bear River Smiths Fork Trail is a pleasant local trail, needless to say you could also have a look at Milk Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Kings Lake there are plenty of folks from Evanston. Be careful coming to the Uinta Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Lake is in close proximity; Swift Creek Campground is a magnificent local campground. Summertime at Kings Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's; the nighttime is a tad colder of course, generally in the 40's. Highs throughout
the winter are generally in the 30's, and night lows during the winter for Kings Lake tend to be in the 0's. Not much rainfall falls here at Kings Lake; through the month of September you get the most rain around here; January on the other hand is the driest.
