     This lake is so wonderful. This lake is located in the wonderful Uinta Mountains. Get covered with water paddling on Uinta River; if you're here you can take a hike along the Shale Dugway.
Not far from Kibah Lakes, you'll hit upon Paul Lake which is a stunning lake, and it's a great idea to pop by Reynolds Creek. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the Uinta Mountains has to offer. Blanchett Park is a delightful location to stretch
 
   your legs a bit; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Inn. Just can't get enough of Kibah Lakes. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Kibah Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Whiterocks Campground, and hiking along the Dry Fork Trail is wonderful fun.
This lake is so wonderful. Kibah Lakes is a brilliant site to visit for more than one day, Paradise Campground is a brilliant site to camp nearby, and the vista of Mesa is pretty. High temperatures
 
               at Kibah Lakes through the days of summer are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's while Kibah Lakes nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 0's. At Kibah Lakes you don’t see much precipitation; May is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Uinta Mountains is great! There are other places here than Kibah Lakes, for example Little Elk Lake, and going for a hike along the Icy Hill Dugway will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area.

Little Elk Lake
That's a pretty tough road to get there. I'd say about 4 miles in, but lots of big rocks. Great views though. We took ATV's up and it was a fairly unremarkable ride. We did see a couple of 4WD Trucks headed up too. Good scenery up top. I'd like to camp there and hang out. We didn't fish. It doesn't look really good for that....

Chepeta Lake
Chepeta is a very hit or miss lake.  Fishing can be absolutely dead one day and sweet the next.  The water was crazy low two summers ago and there may not even be a lot of fish left unless they've planted it since.  Worth the trip though -- if one lake is cold another will be hot....
