Kanaka Lake is mostly a quite waterless spot; May is when you get the most rain here, and January on the other hand is the driest. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Kanaka Lake. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures       at Kanaka Lake drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The Mack Canyon Big Hollow Trail offers hiking at its best, and Best Western Inn Tooele is a great location to get some rest.
