| | so wonderful. Kamas Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Bald Mountain Campground is a good local campground, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Lofty Lake Trail.
Kamas Lake is typically a relatively arid place; April is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Kamas Lake is a beautiful lake in the Uinta Mountains.

great location for whitewater paddling is Rock Creek. Summertime highs at Kamas Lake typically tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the
10's overnight here at Kamas Lake. And that's not all you can do here at Kamas Lake. On a splendid day at Kamas Lake you can take a hike along the Highline Trail, and locations like Reids Meadow are glorious to take a look at.
