And if that's not enough, there's loads more to do near Jorgensen Pond. Fuller Bottom is a nice location, and at Jorgensen Pond you always meet someone from Price. Jorgensen Pond is commonly a rather dried out site; the month with most of the rain is August, and February on the other hand is the driest.       This lake is so wonderful. Cat Canyon is close to Jorgensen Pond and is a brilliant spot, and a pretty lake like Blue Pond is a great place to check out. Whitewater paddling is glorious on San Rafael River, and what would a place like Jorgensen Pond be without interesting close by features like The Red Ledges. This lake is so wonderful. Favorite Hills is a peak you can see from Jorgensen Pond; on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Gunnison Trail.                  Summertime highs at Jorgensen Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Jorgensen Pond.
