Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Johnson Reservoir, and you can stay the night at Kaibab Camper Village. This lake is so wonderful. Crazy Horse RV Campark is a good campground nearby; if you need a site to stay Comfort Inn Kanab is a great choice. Be careful coming to Johnson Lakes, you might not ever want to go home again. Holiday Inn Express Kanab (At Coral Cliffs), Ut is a great spot to get some rest. Johnson Lakes is a location that is quite arid generally; the month with most of the rain is March, and June on                  the other hand is the driest. Summertime highs at Johnson Lakes generally tend to be in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's.
