James Lake is a nice lake to visit. There's great hiking along the Smith Morehouse Trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything James Lake has to offer, you can camp at Bald Mountain Campground. For the period of the days of summer here at James Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's; the overnight is a little chillier of course, frequently in the 40's. Through the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and winter nights come

| | with lows in the 10's to James Lake. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Uinta Mountains has to offer.
This lake is so wonderful. Notch Mountain is clearly visible from James Lake; a wonderful spot nearby is The Notch. And if you're still looking for more outdoors enjoyable things just keep reading. This lake is located in the wonderful Uinta Mountains. Hiking
is a popular thing to do around James Lake; Lofty Lake Trail is a great local trail, and not far from James Lake you obtain some perfect water scenery at Wall Lake Dam. At James Lake you don’t see much rain; April is the wettest month with most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.
