Jackson Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Jackson Reservoir is right by the Shafer Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Jackson Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Dead Horse Point State Park. Take a little visit to Pack Creek since you're here at Jackson Reservoir, and after a long day outdoors Silver Sage Inn is a delightful place to spend a night or two. Not sufficient
