At Hunts Lakes during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows at Hunts Lakes through the winter typically descend into the 10's. Some nearby water includes Monkey Fork Dry Canyon, and Fairfield Inn & Suites Richfield is a brilliant place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. A gorgeous       lake like Lower Hunts Lake in the vicinity of Hunts Lakes is a wonderful spot to go to; Hunts Lakes is right by the Second Lefthand Fork Trail. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Richfield is a good place to spend a night or two, and why not camp at Mystic Hotsprings while you're here at Hunts Lakes. Mud Spring is an inspiring spot to stop at while you're here, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Elk Meadows. This lake is so wonderful. From Hunts Lakes                  you acquire a splendid panorama of Devils Dutch Oven; a pleasant journey to Fitzgeral Park is a good way to spend an afternoon. And that's not all you can do here at Hunts Lakes. Do take a look at Manning Meadows Reservoir near Hunts Lakes, it's a delightful lake; the Third Lefthand Fork Trail offers hiking at its best. Not much rainfall falls here at Hunts Lakes; September is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is January. If you come at the right time of year, Sevier River offers some splendid whitewater, and camping is available at Monrovian Park Campground. Corner Spring Canyon is a magnificent location to take a look at close by; there's magnificent hiking along the Serviceberry Trail.
