Get yourself into a kayak and hit Huntington Creek; Huntington Reservoir is a great       place to visit for more than one day, Forks of Huntington Campground is a great place to camp nearby. You might want to pay a visit to North Fork Lake Canyon if you're here at Huntington Reservoir. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Huntington Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Fish Creek Campground. During the summer highs here at Huntington Reservoir get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter comes with                  highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Huntington Reservoir. At Huntington Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation; March is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is June. This lake is so wonderful. Huntington Dam is an exciting thing to check out, and there are some great whitewater spots on Cottonwood Creek.
