This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Huntington Reservoir is great fun, Fish Creek Campground is a great local campground, and Skyline Motel is a glorious site to get some rest. North Fork Lake Canyon is a good spot to have a look at in the vicinity of Huntington Reservoir, and dry warm beds await you at Angel Inn Womens Child Center. Huntington Reservoir is frequently a pretty dehydrated place; the month of March is       the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is June. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail. Spring Creek flows through this area, and there's perfect hiking along the CCC Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in close proximity to Huntington Reservoir. Why not camp at Forks of Huntington Campground since you're here at Huntington Reservoir, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody                  but if it's for you then, we recommend Cottonwood Creek. Good hiking is available along the Reeder Trail, and at Huntington Dam in the vicinity of Huntington Reservoir there are some interesting things to see. Summertime at Huntington Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Huntington Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. Lakes?
