If you like lakes and you're in this part of Utah you can check out Huntington Reservoir. Huntington Reservoir in fact is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. Near Huntington Reservoir you hit upon Meetinghouse Canyon which is a glorious place to stop by, and since you're here at Huntington Reservoir it's a good idea to pop by Racehorse Flat. CCC Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Huntington Dam is scenic and it's in close proximity to Huntington Reservoir. Lakes? Sure, Huntington Lake is in the vicinity. If you need a site to stay SUPER 8 MOTEL - PRICE is a good choice,
and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by close by Snow Lake. Huntington Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby; there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Gunnison Trail. It is
very dried up here at Huntington Reservoir typically; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and June is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby,
Deer Creek is a stream you can visit while you're here. There's so much to do here at Huntington Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Bear Creek Campground is a nice site for that.
