If you are in this part of Utah make sure to pay a visit to Huntington Reservoir. Going for a hike on the Chris Otteson Trail is always a pleasant adventure; close by you come across pleasant places like Meetinghouse Canyon. At Huntington Reservoir you don’t see much rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain; June is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Huntington Dam has great water scenery and it's near Huntington Reservoir;

| | Huntington State Park is a fine local campground.
There are good places to discover along the Gunnison Trail, and get drenched paddling on Huntington Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at SUPER 8 MOTEL - PRICE, and Racehorse Flat is a tremendous place to stretch your legs a bit.

arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Huntington Reservoir. But wait,
there's more to do close to Huntington Reservoir. Don't leave Huntington Reservoir without first going for a hike along the CCC Trail; if you came for an overnight stay Bear Creek Campground is a splendid place to camp.
