Camping is available at Minersville State Park; why not take a refreshing hike along the Copes Dugway. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Howards Pond gets very little rain; August is the month that gets the most rain; June on the other hand is the driest. The Rattlesnake Trail offers hiking at its best; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Beaver. Why not camp at Delano RV Park while you're       here at Howards Pond, and after a long day outdoors Quality Inn Beaver is a good spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. California Hollow is a tremendous place to discover, and a pleasant tour to Little Valley is a good way to spend an afternoon. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Howards Pond while night lows are mostly in the 50's.
