Horseshoe Lake is not the only location nearby, Ledge Lake is a nearby lake, and Stink Draw is close by, and is a good place. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Pleasant Creek Campground is a perfect place to camp, needless to say you could also take a look at East Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This       lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Days Inn Torrey - Capital Reef is a delightful choice. The Aquarius Trail is a magnificent hiking trail next to Horseshoe Lake, and a great nearby hotel is Hidden Falls Hotel. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things at Horseshoe Lake. Going for a hike on the Indian Trail is always a magnificent adventure; why not camp at Oak Creek Campground if you're here at Horseshoe Lake. For                  the period of the warm months here at Horseshoe Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows at Horseshoe Lake during the winter regularly descend into the 0's. Horseshoe Lake is a location that is relatively arid mostly; August is when you get the most rain here; February is the month with the least moisture.
