This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at Hoosier Lake you can take a hike along the Spruce Trail, and good skiing awaits you at Brian Head. This lake is so wonderful. And if you're still looking for more outdoors fun things just keep reading. Pit Stop is a wonderful local campground, and Horse Valley Peak can be observed from Hoosier Lake. There's some exciting stuff to       distinguish at Foster Dam in close proximity to Hoosier Lake; a magnificent close by hotel is Parowan-Days Inn. There is a glorious hiking trail in the neighborhood of Hoosier Lake called the Rattlesnake Creek Trail; obviously Hoosier Creek flows through this vicinity. Around Hoosier Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; throughout August this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is June. The Alpine Pond Trail is a good hiking trail close to Hoosier                  Lake, and why not camp at Vermillion Castle Campground while you're here at Hoosier Lake. Summer at Hoosier Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. During the wintertime highs are regularly in the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Hoosier Lake temperatures plunge to the 10's.
