It's always fun to stop by Hobbs Reservoir. This is a tremendous vicinity for people who like lakes. Adams Reservoir is a lake close by. Hobbs Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Circle L Mobile Home and RV Community is a good local campground, and Ogden River has a perfect whitewater paddling spot nearby. A brilliant nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Layton, and whitewater paddling is nice on Weber River.

| | here at Hobbs Reservoir you will meet lots of folks from nearby Ogden-Clearfield, and a good place to pop by is Adams Canyon. Be careful coming to Hobbs Reservoir, you might not ever wanna return home again. Looking for a good tour? California National Historic Trail is rather close to Hobbs Reservoir. and you like golf, you can visit Valley View Golf Course; Snowbasin is a delightful local ski area.
For the duration of the months of summer, highs regularly are in the 90's at Hobbs Reservoir with nighttime lows in the 50's.
Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows through the winter for Hobbs Reservoir tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Getting to Corbett Creek from Hobbs Reservoir is easy, and hiking along
the Skyline Trail is pleasant fun. Hobbs Reservoir gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is April; the driest of the months is July.
After a long day outdoors Hampton Inn Salt Lake City-Layton is a great site to spend a night or two, and everyone close by loves skiing at Wolf Mountain.
