If you are traveling by, why not stop by Hobbs Reservoir. It is very dried up here at Hobbs Reservoir mostly; during April this area sees the most rain; July is when it's the driest. Do pay a visit to California National Historic Trail while you're here at Hobbs Reservoir, and you could always look at Adams Canyon. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. All through the warm days of summer here at Hobbs Reservoir, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Hobbs Reservoir temperatures drop to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. paddling spot nearby. Why not stop at close by Corbett Creek while you're here at Hobbs Reservoir, needless to say you could also have a look at Adams Reservoir since you're here; it's not far at all.
Hiking is a popular thing
to do around Hobbs Reservoir; Skyline Trail is a nice local trail, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Wolf Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something right next door to Hobbs Reservoir? Bybee Pond is
in the neighborhood, and whitewater paddling is great on Weber River. Man, is there lots of exciting stuff to do next to Hobbs Reservoir.
You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Snowbasin if you're here, and Comfort
Inn Layton is a delightful location to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Hobbs Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Circle L Mobile Home and RV Community is a glorious place for that; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Valley View Golf Course is around here.
