A splendid location to camp here at Hidden Lake is Yellow Pine Campground; a great site to visit is Frazier Hollow. Not much precipitation falls here at Hidden Lake; the wettest month of the year is frequently April, that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. during the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Hidden Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Smith Morehouse Trail is wonderful fun, and if you don't
mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chalk Creek. You could also check out Shingle Mill Lake if you're here at Hidden Lake; it's close by, and unsurprisingly Neil Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth a visit.
Hidden Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Smith and Morehouse Campground is a magnificent local campground, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Holiday Hills is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Deer Valley Courchevel is a wonderful place to get some rest.
