Do stop at Chepeta Lake near Hidden Lake, it's a delightful lake; after a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Inn is a good spot to spend a night or two.
The Uinta Mountains scenery is always beautiful.

    is so wonderful. Camping at Pole Creek - Ashley National Forest is always a great experience. For the period of the warmest time of the year here at Hidden Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's with night lows in the 50's.
