Lake Hessie is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Lake Hessie is pretty dry typically; September is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is January. On a great day at Lake Hessie you can take a hike along the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail; there are plenty of folks from Evanston here at Lake Hessie. Lake Hessie is located in the Uinta Mountains. so wonderful. There are other sites here than Lake Hessie, for example Bear Lake, and why not camp at Trail Head Campground while you're here at Lake Hessie. There's whitewater on Blacks Fork - East Fork for all you thrill seekers, and the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail is a glorious hiking trail nearby.
