Hartney Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Discovery is a wonderful local campground; if you need a place to stay Best Western Paradise Inn Of Nephi       is a magnificent choice. Be careful coming to the Wasatch Range, you might not ever wanna go back home again. If you came to camp Burns Brothers Recreational Vehicle Resort is a splendid place to do that, and Blind Lake is a perfect lake close by. Through the days of summer at Hartney Lake temperatures are usually in the 90's, and the night is somewhat chillier of course, generally in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's,                  and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Hartney Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Not much rainfall falls here at Hartney Lake; the wettest month of the year is generally April, that's the one that rains the most, and January is the month with the least moisture. Lakes? Sure, Madsen Lake is around here, and don't leave Hartney Lake without first going for a hike along the Nebo Peak Trail. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Hartney Lake it's a perfect idea to stop at Mud Flat, and going for a hike on the Summit Trail is always a great adventure. Yeah, come up here to the Wasatch Range for a tremendous time.
