    Many people like to go to Harris Reservoir. If you love the outdoors, you'll like Harris Reservoir. Daniels Summit Lodge is a good place to get some rest, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Buck Spring. Harris Reservoir is located in the Wasatch Range. It is very dehydrated here at Harris Reservoir generally; January is when you get the most snow here, and July is when it's the driest.
If the weather is great here at Harris Reservoir, you can
 
   go for a hike along the Soldier Creek Campground Loop Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Provo River. All the outdoors entertaining things in the Wasatch Range will keep you coming back again and again. After a long day outdoors Lodge at Stillwater is a delightful place to spend a night or two; most likely you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Center Creek Number Three Reservoir is just a very short distance away. This lake is so wonderful. The  
               Littles Fork Trail is a glorious hiking trail close to Harris Reservoir. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Harris Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Lodge Pole Campground.
Twin Peaks is painless to spot from Harris Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Harris Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Jordanelle - Rockcliff Area is a good place for that. Summertime at Harris Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's with night lows in the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Harris Reservoir temperatures descend to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Wasatch Range. Near Harris Reservoir you find the Sky High Trail which is a fine hiking trail, obviously you could also visit Center Creek Number Two Reservoir since you're here; it's not far at all.

Great ride from above Woodland to the 1000 E. bridge (which is a good scare during high water, 1500 cfs). After the bridge the log jams, second diversion dam and constant river splits can be fun in the right craft (13 ft raft, not recommended). Great rush!...

This ski resort has stronger snowfall than the local average each snow season. The marvelous mountain surroundings of Utah and great ski trails have ski people coming from far and near.
