Good hiking is available along the Aquarius Trail, and you can stay the night at Boulder Mountain Homestead RV. This site is excellent, just look at all the fun stuff to do near Green Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Green Lake; Pollywog Lake Trail is a good local trail. There's so much to do here at Green Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pleasant Creek Campground       is a wonderful location for that. This lake is so wonderful. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop by Fish Creek Dam; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Fremont River. Summertime highs at Green Lake usually tend to be in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at                  Green Lake fall into the 0's. If you need a place to stay Cactus Hills Ranch Motel is a glorious choice, and Donkey Point is an exciting spot to visit while at Green Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Pine Shadows Bungalows is a pleasant place to get some rest, and do set aside some time for Donkey Meadows since you're here at Green Lake. Green Lake is regularly a reasonably arid place; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February.
