Grass Lakes is a location that is quite arid frequently; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! Grass Lakes rules! Why not explore Round Willow Bottom Dam if you're here; camping at Barker Reservoir Campground is always a splendid experience. This lake is so wonderful. A short trip to Mud Spring       is always worthwhile; Best Western Ruby's Inn is a perfect spot to get some rest. Griffin Top is clearly visible from Grass Lakes, and a wonderful lake like Otter Lake is a tremendous place to explore. Camping is available at Escalante State Park, and you need to explore Mud Springs Point since you're here. For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Grass Lakes highs are generally in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. For                  the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Grass Lakes dip into the 10's.
