Good hiking is available along the Aquarius Trail, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Capitol Reef Resort is a delightful choice. Around Grass Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls during August, and the driest month of the year is February. And if you're still looking for more outdoors cool stuff just keep reading. A journey       to Capitol Reef National Park is worthwhile; if you came to camp Sandcreek RV Park is a tremendous spot to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Lower Donkey Reservoir is around here, and Birch Creek Meadows is a glorious location. All through the summertime here at Grass Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows                  in the 0's to Grass Lake. There's whitewater on Fremont River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. There's so much to do here at Grass Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Boulder Mountain Homestead RV is a brilliant site for that, and Lower Donkey Dam is a picturesque place, beyond doubt worth stopping at. There's fine hiking along the Stair Trail, and if you're here, you might as well take a look at Willow Patch. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Grass Lake; Pollywog Lake Trail is a brilliant local trail; after a long day outdoors Torrey-Days Inn Capitol Reef N.P. is a magnificent place to spend a night or two.
