If only every place had this much outdoors fun things, what a great planet it would be. Going for a hike on the Browns Point Trail is always a tremendous adventure; a pleasant spree to Deer Flat is a delightful way to spend an afternoon. It's always great to stop by Big Hollow Spring, and if you've had enough of Further Water, Pine Valley Reservoir is close by. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Oak Grove       Campground is a tremendous location to do that, and after a long day outdoors Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, St. George, UT is a great place to spend a night or two. You get a magnificent sight of Burger Peak from Further Water, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WASHINGTON-NORTH ST. GEORGE is a good place to get some rest. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Further Water with nighttime lows in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are                  commonly in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Further Water. This lake is so wonderful. Near Further Water you hit upon the Point Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail. Camping at Upper Pines Campground is always a great experience; get your pulse rate up on the pleasant whitewater of Virgin River. Further Water gets very little precipitation; March is the wettest month with most rain; June is when it's the driest.
