Dry warm beds await you at Pine Valley Lodge; there are some fine whitewater spots on Virgin River. This lake is so wonderful. Deer Flat is a scenic location any time of year, and camping at Further Water is nice fun, Oak Grove Campground is a nice local campground. Burger Peak is picturesque and can be spotted from Further Water; if you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WASHINGTON-NORTH ST. GEORGE is a great       choice. Further Water gets very little rainfall; the wettest month of the year is mostly March, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is June. Just can't get enough of Further Water. On a delightful day at Further Water you can take a hike along the Oak Grove Trail, and folks from St. George love to come here. This lake is so wonderful. Through the summertime months at Further Water temperatures are typically in the 90's                  with nighttime lows in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Further Water tend to be in the 20's. The Point Trail is a magnificent hiking trail near Further Water, and Upper Pines Campground is a great campground here.
